These are the glitches found in Final Fantasy VI and its remakes.
Wind God Gau[edit]
An exploitable bug in the original Super Nintendo release gives Gau a lot of attack power. Using the Merit Award to equip him with the Tempest Sword which randomly casts Wind Slash on all enemies instead of performing a normal physical attack. When used with a powerful Rage such as Cat Scratch, the effect is a large amount of damage given to all enemies. Variations of this bug include using the Genji Glove relic to wield two Tempests or the Offering relic to attack four times over.
