The Red Mage is one of the members of the Warriors of Light in Final Fantasy. He is the most balanced character, as he can learn a handful of both Black and White Magic spells and carry several weapons. If the Warriors of Light complete the optional Citadel of Trials, Bahamut upgrades their class, and Red Mage is upgraded to Red Wizard.
Red Mage has a somewhat consistent appearance throughout the game's reissues; he wears a red cape, a red hat with a feather on the left side, two brown shoes, and his hair is white.
