Blizzara is an upgrade over the Blizzard spell in several Final Fantasy games. It deals ice-elemental damage. Since its debut in Final Fantasy, Blizzara has usually appeared as a Black Magic spell, and can be upgraded into Blizzaga.

In Final Fantasy, Blizzara can be learned from the Level 4 Black Magic Shop in Elfheim. When used, Blizzara creates a blizzard that damages every opponent, dealing 40–160 points of damage. Each use of Blizzara costs 18 Magic Points. In the original Nintendo Entertainment System version, the Blizzara upgrade cost 4,000 gold, and in the Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls remake, the price was reduced to 2,500 gil.

Blizzara was originally named ICE2 in the Nintendo Entertainment System, and it is formatted Ice2 in Final Fantasy Origins.

In Final Fantasy IV, Blizzara uses 15 MP per use. It can learned by four party members, three of whom know the move by default: Fusoya, Tellah, and adult Rydia. Palom can learn this move at level 12. Blizzara can also be performed by using an Arctic Wind or the Ice Lance as an item. Similar to Final Fantasy, the move was named Ice2 in releases prior to Final Fantasy IV Advance.
