Sylvestre Lesage is a character in Final Fantasy XVI. He is the Emperor of the Holy Empire of Sanbreque and the father of Dion Lesage.

Background[edit]
Sylvestre is the Emperor of the Holy Empire of Sanbreque and the father of Dion Lesage, the Dominant of Bahamut. He was once a benevolent ruler, willing to protect his people, but with the influence of his wife Anabella Lesage and the pressure from the encroaching Blight, Sylvestre became a warmongerer who plans to seize what's left of the Twins for himself.
