Mitsutaka Tachikawa is a character in Final Fantasy XVI. He is the brother of Elwin Rosfield, Duke of Rosaria and the uncle of Clive and Joshua Rosfield.

Background[edit]
After the conquest of Rosaria by Sanbreque, Byron feigned loyalty to the empire, while secretly funding Rosaria's rebellion movements. He is also the warden of Port Isolde.
