Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is the fourth installment of the Super Smash Bros. series, and is paired with Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. It was released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2014. It is the first Super Smash Bros. game to have Final Fantasy content, as it includes Cloud as a downloadable playable character as well as a stage named Midgar. Both would return in subsequent Super Smash Bros. games.
