The Village of Ancients is a village visited in Final Fantasy III. It has many Elders who explain history and lore. The town has a circular design with shops on the left and right edges.
Story[edit]
The elders here explain that when the balance of light and darkness skews too heavily in one direction, the crystal chooses four warriors to restore the balance. In the past, the balance of light and darkness skewed too heavily in favor of light, and 4 warriors of darkness were sent to infiltrate the world of light. The continent is being held in the clouds by the Tower of Owen.
