Ultima is a reocurring Black Magic spell in the Final Fantasy franchise, mostly associated with Black Mages, who first appeared in the first Final Fantasy game.
When activated, Ultima deals a large amount of non-elemental damage to all enemies, and is often among the highest damaging spells in its game. It is often the most powerful spell within the game.
