Artwork

Seeds are restorative items that exclusively appear in Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. If used, a Seed fully restores MP to Benjamin or his partner (depending on which character is selected). Seeds are similar to Ethers, which also restore MP to a party member, although only X-Ethers (which debuted in a later title, Final Fantasy VI) fully restore MP as well. Seeds originate from magical trees.[1] In the game, Seeds are depicted as orange, although their artwork depicts them as red. Along his journey, Benjamin can occasionally find Seeds in Treasure Chests, although Seeds are not as common as Potions and Heal Potions.
