Battlefields are areas found and accessed from the Mystic Quest World in Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. They are optional locations where Benjamin and a partner can fight ten separate groups of enemies, and by defeating all of them, they win a reward, such as a lot of GP or EXP. On the world map, Battlefields are represented by a stone tablet depicting dueling swords. Once a Battlefield has been cleared, it cannot be re-entered. From the world map, the icon for a completed Battlefield shows depicts a crushed stone tablet.
