Hellflappers are green moths and an enemy in Final Fantasy IV and its sequels. Their wings have light green and yellow markings as well as purple markings that resemble a pair of eyes. Their actual eyes and tongue are also purple. Hellflappers have light green bristles on both antennae, and their sprite indicates that they are releasing spores. In Final Fantasy IV Advance their name is formatted Hell Flapper, and in the Super Nintendo and PlayStation releases, they are named RockMoth.
