—Chancellor
The dancing girl greets the Warriors of Light

The dancing girl—known as Arylon in the English Nintendo Entertainment System version and unnamed in all others—is a minor character in Final Fantasy found near the fountain in the center of Cornelia. In the remakes beginning with the Dawn of Souls version, she provides the Warriors of Light with hints on where to go next until Nerrick completes the canal connecting the Aldean Sea to the greater ocean.
