Stubs are short articles that usually are in need of expansion. When there's a stub, it usually means someone started an article because they thought it was needed or followed a red link, but did not expand the article entirely. This is fine; articles do not have to be perfect on the first try. Whenever you see a stub, feel free to edit it as needed.
