Freezer Crabs are the are the enemy counterpart of the Snow Crab in Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. In terms of appearance, they are a palette swap of Snow Crab, and their body is a different shade of blue, and their eyes are neon green. Freezer Crabs are encountered in the Ice Pyramid and Doom Castle. Freezer Crabs can use four different abilities: Giant Blade, Full Nelson, Whirlwater, and Icy Foam. They are vulnerable to axe attacks. Like Snow Crab, Freezer Crabs have two damage sprites. When damaged enough, Freezer Crabs begin to foam from their mouth. When damaged even further, their claws begin to break.
