Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection is a compilation for the PlayStation Portable that consists of enhanced ports of Final Fantasy IV and Final Fantasy IV: The After Years, as well as an exclusive side-game named Final Fantasy IV -Interlude-, which takes place between the two games. As with most Final Fantasy games, Final Fantasy IV: The Complete Collection was both developed and published by Square Enix. It first released in Japan in March 2011 and then in other countries in April 2011.

The North American version uses different artwork for its box cover than the Japanese and European versions.
